If you could please RSVP by 10th December to let us know if you’ll be joining our special day!
To add to the elegance of the evening, we kindly ask that all guests follow a black colour theme.
Gentlemen, please wear a classic black tuxedo (if you need to wear a dark suit that will work beautifully too), and ladies, we would love to see you in a stylish black dresses. This will ensure a beautifully cohesive and timeless look for our celebration. We've included some inspiration below to help guide your outfit choices, please head to The Wedding page on our website.
We love your children, however, we’ve chosen to host an adults only event.
However babes in arms are welcome. Thank you for understanding. Please let us know if you have any questions.
We are having an 'unplugged ceremony' (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos with you once we receive them!
Before and after the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you like!

We've arranged transportation for our weddings guests! A bus will pick up guests from two locations:
- Mercure Resort Gerrigong at tbc
- Berry Pub at tbc
At the conclusion of the night, the bus will make one return trip at midnight, taking guests back to the these locations.
Parking is not available at our venue. We kindly request guests to either use the wedding bus service or arrange transportation via Uber/Taxi to reach the venue.
If you aren't arriving on our wedding bus, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the 3:30pm ceremony start. Settle in, and celebrate with us!
Both the wedding ceremony and the reception will be held in the same place: Jaspers Berry.
The band and bar will start winding down at 11:30 PM, and the bus service will begin collecting guests for departure at midnight.
Our ceremony will be outside, while our cocktail hour and reception will both be undercover.
When responding to the wedding RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions. Please note that we must be informed during RSVP to accommodate these needs on the wedding day.
